Your information

SOILAETHER HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED collects the information you submit to assess your Participation Partner application, contact you, arrange an office visit, verify documents and maintain its application records.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, address, PAN, occupation and experience, requested PINs, referral information, applicable entity/GST details and the document copies you choose to upload. We also record your declaration version and time, a protected session reference, a hashed network address and basic browser information for security and consent evidence.

Upload masked Aadhaar only, or an alternative identity document. Do not upload a full Aadhaar number, bank account details or unrelated documents. Clear JPG/PNG photographs are accepted. Image metadata is removed during upload.

Who can access it

Documents and applicant profiles are restricted to authorised Company reviewers. Service providers process data to host and secure this portal. Your application is not published and is not shared with other applicants. We do not use advertising trackers on these application pages.

Retention and your choices

The Company is finalising the retention policy before opening applications.

You can request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion through the Company. Withdrawal does not undo any legal obligation or agreement already executed. Do not send KYC documents in an email request.
